I have something against those people who do nothing to look younger. Just because they are now in their forties or fifties, they let themselves "look" old, not necessarily "grow" old. While you can't do anything about "growing" old, you surely can do something about "looking" old. I also agree that age is nothing but a number and how old you are is first how old you "think" you are.
